Ofna failsafe??
Tried this in the genereal forum, but nobody had any advice. Thought I would try in HPI.
1. I just installed an OFNA fail-safe on my Savage. I have only run the truck for 3 tanks during break in, but the fail safe will not stop blinking. It says that blinking means low battery. What kind of life do you all normally get from the transmitter batteries? I have charged the reciever batteries, and they show over 6.5 on the multimeter, but the transmitter batteries only show about 9, and there are 8 of them (8*1.5v=12v). Is it odd to have them drop off this much in 3 tanks? Also, the light on the transimitter is supposed to blink when the batteries get low, but it is bright and steady. Any suggestions/ideas?
2. DAMN THE RECEIVER BOX ON THE SAVAGE IS TIGHT!!!!!!!!

RE: Ofna failsafe??
Thanks all. I went to OFNA's site, and sure enough, the instructions on the back of the package were incorrect. Thanks again. I was freaking out.
