Yeah, I'm thinking of getting a Hyper 7 but I really wish they'd make a kit of it (one that doesn't cost £500 without engine and radio!).

im 14 i just built my very own savage ss. my dad got it for me on 2-5-05 it works great and i went to my lhs and they told me that i should have started with a rtr and they said that i couldnt handle it and it would break and all ths.... my only problem is money cause i shwed them. they told my dad that i was never gonna finish it and i would never be able to tune it... lol i am getting this beast to pop wheelies ha.im sending my engine out to get ported at rb mods but im thinking of doing it myself considering ive been working with 1:1 scale cars since i was 4 . it seems to come easy for me.. plus my dad has all the ball micromometers and measuring calipers.. the way i see it is if i took my time i will get it done..but if anyone can do the engine for less than 90.00$ i will have them do it.

Im only 11 and i maintain my savage(well, I try), but i just drive around in my backyard. I need somewhere else to drive, but i havn't found a way to strap my savage to my bike or fit it into a backpack so i would have to have one of my parents drive. Once i start hitting jumps im probably gonna have a harder time maintaining it.

All of you are young! I will be 51 in June. I have only been into nitro RC for about 5 years but have been messing with motors since I was 8. I have been working on and doing machine work on motorcycles none stop for over 33 years. I make my living doing it. Cannot find to many old farts like me that mess with RC cars and truck. Most of the old farts I talk to fly RC plains. At one time I raced alcohol go karts.

im 15, been in the hobby since aug. '04. i don't know anyone else in my area with RC, im compleatly self-taught from magazines and of course RCU, although that has it's dwonsides, like not knowing how to pronounce team losi (is it "low-zee" or "law-zee" or are they both way off. after getting into the hobby i inspired my father to get out his old glider that he built from scratch but put in storage when he cashed it like 20 years ago, but were in the process of re-building it now. I found a Track near my cottage so im gonna go there this summer, it'll be my first time driving with other cars. and that's basically my RC-Life story.

oh yea and, i'd just like to say that, no offense, but it seems like alot of your kids are spoiled, I mean a savvy for christmas. it took all of the money i got from christmas from everyone and some of the money from my birthday to pay for my nitro evader. my parents never paid for anything in the hobby, until I got on the honor-roll this year(i've never really had good marks) and he bought me a duratrax super-start as a reward, so now im gonna get a 95 average so he'll buy me a nitro boat or something. jk.
