Which Wheelie Bar??
For those of you guys who have or are using wheelie bars which one is better? Integy or New Era? Or are there more options out there? Would like to know how they mount to the truck, and their weaknesses if any... And can you get parts if something was to break?
Thanks

Yeah the integy one looks like it was designed for a Dinky toy!
I have a couple of GPM racing wheelie bars, the're adjustable, and work just fine, they have 4 mounting holes, as opposed to just 2 on the integy.
The part number is: GPM Racing Products SAV1333R
They come in purple or silver, i would post some pics, but i'm off out for some bashing right now, but if you want pics let me know, and i'll do them later

Here's a pic of one, i'll take some of mine tommorow, so you can see it fitted?
I'm from u.k., but apparently these wheelie bars have been in short supply, but i guess they are easier to come by in the U.S. ?

Geeza, how long have you had it, and how well do you like it? Did you have those mounted pics? Hot Racing has one that looks very similar to the New Era version. It runs around $24 and the GPM is around $35. Is it worth the extra $$$?

I vote New Era. That blue one looks like it could easliy be bent at that 90 degree section if the truck landed on it just right. That must be the integy one. They make cheapo stuff.

BL- Look at the ChrisCRU post higher up. The pic on the right is the integy. I have heard that the Integy is not very functional.

Ahhh. I see that now. It looks kind of cheesy too with only two mounting screws and the solid plastic wheels. I have a new era on my twin force. It would probably bend my chassis before it would, but it isn't the plate design like the savage uses.

RE: Which Wheelie Bar??
I've been running the New Era one for a while now. And I can tell you that I abuse the hell out of my truck, and have yet to bend it. My only problem was losing one of the wheels after after a bad cartwheel. The New Era version lets you ride the wheelie, and still have some control.
IMO Integy parts are junk in general. Never had the GPM, but it looks like it might hang up on something if you take it off road.[8D]
