I am not sure about the whole "window dome" thing, but I assume Super glue would suffice. My body came with the windows as part of the lexan casting.

All three of the Atomik bodies that I bought came with a pack of about 5 or 6 sticks of double sided tape about 4" long or so.
However, I used 1/16" window tape to stick mine in.
