BUT
Ya have to hand spin the flywheel........... and roll the paper through..... it should come out crimped BUT not cut or any signs of tearing....
When I had my old SS 4.6 I NEVER used this paper method.... JUST be sure your engine is squared to the spur and the BELL will spin free with no hesitation........ USE Loctite on your engine mounts and you will have no problem....... I owned my Savage for 1 year and only trashed 1 spur due to a hard landing from a 20 foot high double flip.......

kool thats how i did it, the paper ran through fine singled and really tight doubled.
but neither way cut it.
