My Muscle Savage Racer
Hi everyone, i would like to show you my muscle savage with racing settings, and feel free to post whatever your opinion is.
The purpose to build this was to race my O.S. 30vg VS my best friend's (someguywitasavage) PICCO .28, and everything came out with this:
RACE SETTINGS:
-New savage x roller
-O.S. 30vg Engine
-LST Shocks
-Innovative lst shocks brackets
-Nova aluminum Diff cups
-3 speed trany
-Dual disc brakes
-Tsais dual exhaust pipe
-Road rage tires
-RPM offset rims (custom paint)
-Custom painted TVP's
-18/47 gearing

Looks good, but I would definately lower that thing down some and maybe get rid of the stock purple aluminum parts. They don't really go with your color scheme IMO. It look's awesome otherwise though.
I also wanna hear how that OS .30 holds up to the Picco .28 because I've heard a few bad things about it.

Yeah as soon as i figure out where my air leak is coming from [:@][:@][:@]. Those pics on the roof really came out nice BTW. To bad its getting cold here, the savage season is coming to an end, except maybe for a few warmer winter days.

I had to drill new holes on the INNOVATIVE RC brackets to be able to fit them on the savage x shock towers.

Bro nice Rig,quick question with the 18/47 & 3 spd ,What adjustments did you perform ie: 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd .As i myself running .30 + 3 spd trans was running 17/47 which was good allrounder decided to drop in the 49 cracked open the gearbox increased spring tension by 1 turn from standard 1st to 2nd now all i get is 4 wheels spinning on the spot,Will drop the 47 back on this arvo and try to sought it out again

Nice work, that is one mean machine, what I would give to have a car like that. But I have to buy myself a motorcycle and a laptop before I go off spending more money on my cars [:-]

As nice as the pics are, its much nicer in person. Good thing your getting Chronic TVPs so you can take those off and keep them nice. You should maybe send a few pics to some RC magazines, maybe they would publish them, at least submit some to RCU so they can put it on the front page.

Thanks for your comments bro, and yes i will put the pics on rcuniverse gallery. About the TVPs i rather to use my Chronic`s TVPs on my basher and even i`m thinking to do some custom paint on them.[>:]
