Default whats going on?

black stuff keeps coming out of my clutch bell

btw i have aluminum clutch shoes.

did u just get them? if so then it could just be the old teflon shoes that got glazed on and the alluminum id scraping it off. take off the cb and lightly sand the inside of it

also that clutch bell wont come off come off even if i wanted to i used green locktite for the screw on the end. (or was it red?)

You should not use anything stronger then blue loctite, red and green are way to much for a RC vehicle.

green is ok blue is not strong enough to keep that screw in . but could the black stuff be from when i idle the clutch shoes dont retract enough to stop coming in contact the clutch bell so they wear away slowly creating that black powder , so to fix this i could use stiffer springs for the clutch shoes so u know when get hpi aluminum clutch shoes it comes with gold springs for a .28 engine? are those stiffer?
