Default Failsafe problems

Basically i had a failsafe, and when i moved the throttle open and close the failsafe would engage, i read on another forum that the failsafe thinks its interference because your moving the throttle too fast.
So i replaced that failsafe for a Mirage one, for my Swift and my Savage.
The one on the Savage works fine, thats with a 1000mAh hump pack, stock reciever, Hitec HS 645 MG steering and stock throttle servo. No problems with that.
My other failsafe is on my Swift 2 buggy. That has a Hitec HS 645MG steering, stock Savage steering servo for throttle on Swift (if that makes sense) 4AA's, and the stock Power Racing Products reciever.
The problem is it often just goes nuts, if i move the steering servo too fast the servo will glitch, and often when i hold the brakes down the servo will twitch on and off the brakes for some reason, and also cause the steering servo to twitch.
The same thing happens with my Savage failsafe if i plug that into the Swift, so its not the failsafe's problem.

So what could it be? I'm using fully charged, high mAh AA batteries (which worked fine for my old failsafe) My servo's sound fully charged as well, they dont struggle at all.

Could it be that the reciever is broken? Or is it just not compatable with the PRP reciever or something. I have also tried using the failsafe for my steering servo, same thing happens. IVe also tried different batteries and it just doesnt work.

I cant get any info on the failsafe, its just marked as £10 on the Mirage website.

Can anyone help?

Default RE: Failsafe problems

Nevermind. I just used the Hump pack on my Swift and it all worked flawlessly, might as well buy a decent charger when i get a hump pack as well.
