the new hobby shop I called said the best they have is aluminum sport werks so im guessing team lst are these any good

Stick with the Mugen or Nova even if you have to get them online. I usually get about 3 gallons out of my Mugens with 1.0 springs.

I have a set of the Team Losi LST2 shoes in my Savage right now. They're okay, nothing spectacular but better than the HPI shoes from what I've seen. I would just order some Novas unless you don't want to wait for shipping.

I found that my lst2's clutch shoes wore out very fast. I think they may have been made out of cheese....
I hate to say it but i have a set of the cheap brand "Bling Racing" in my lst2 and they are holding up quite well after a few litres of running.

The TL shoes are kind of soft, but the oversize LST2 clutchbell is really hard on them. I can't get ANY aluminum shoe to last longer than 1.5 gallons in that thing, but I haven't tried Novas in it yet. I've read about people getting 2-3 gallons off of those so I guess I'll give them a shot next.
Got any links to those Bling racing shoes? Are they 7075 or some other hard grade of aluminum?
