Losidriver - just get a new pinch bolt, as long as there are no other issues that should fix it.
Ryan - The NS25 is prone to carb problems like that. What happens is the carb throat has a plastic sleeve that seperates from the metal carb throat and allows the carb to twist. It will only get worse and start causing airleak issues and it will get to be very dificult to tune and won't hold a tune well at all. Your best bet is going to be to just get a new carb. The one off the Sportwerks .26 works really well and is much less expensive than a stock replacement.

I had that problem and I sent my carb to HPI two weeks ago from today (Monday) so I hope I will get it this week. Then I am planning on selling the whole engine (1.5 Gallons, Great Shape) and im aiming for about $50-$60 from it with the new carb. Then its on for an STS.28 and STS tuned pipe.
