Default Ron Paris Break in procedure

Hey guus, I will break in my Picco .26 max for my revo 2.5r tomorrow. I just want to hear your final comments on How is the Ron Paris Breakin procedure? As I was reading his procedure, he does mention that the first three tanks should be idleing without touching the ground. Anywau, please let me know If this is a good procedure to do.

Looks good heat cycling is a must. It is not 3 tanks it is 3-4 heat cycles of 2-3 minutes each.
Take a look at the break in section of this thread as you will see they are similar.
