Default Carb Cleaner Vs. Nitro cleaner

I know someone posted about brake cleaner vs. nitro cleaner. Can I use de-chlorinated carb cleaner instead of nitro cleaner? I have a ton of it in my garage

I use break cleaner to clean the inside of my nitro engine out its fine. Just keep it away from the o rings or it could dry them out.
