Thinking about getting a Wheely King
I'm thinking about getting a Wheely King. I just want a cheap truck to mess around with when i'm not running my Aftershock. How is this truck? Are there any imediate upgrades that I need to make? Also what size hexes are on it and can I run 2.2 inch rims? Thanks......

the one truck i never talk about lol, i have owned 3 of these, and decked them out. there a very nice around the house , backyard basher etc...
a better charger, and battery is nice, but u got the after shock so u got a charger for the battery already i think. its a strong little truck, yes 2.2's work, its a 12mm hex, and there are 14mm adapters out there.
i have done brushless with mine, and i have pushed it to far to know its own limits, but stock is fantastic. it might seem a little slow next to the after shock. overall i'm happy with them.
which might you be getting the 2wd, or the 4wd?

HPI turned one into the World's Fastest Monster Truck.....so surprisingly, this truck does have potential if you want to tap it.[8D]

I plan on getting the 4wd. I got a dynamite charger and 7.2 volt batteries so i'm set there.

Or if you want to take the King a step further right out of the box, get the new Axial AX10 crawler......it's more or less just a hopped up King.

The possibilities are endless as any motor, brushed or brushless fits. In this day and age, you can't really go wrong with any of the brands as they have all perfected the electric RC motor. Doesn't help you I know, but your question cannot be answered easily.
