He even states his Picco 26 t-max is faster than his 30 STS t-max, because the 26 picco will rev higher than the STS 30, yeah right! my a.s I have been running both Picco 26 and STS 30 in my Hyper 7 buggy and the STS 30 is faster by alot, and the Picco 26 made for the T-max is even a smaller block than the regular big block 26 picco, so it has smaller channels to breathe through. I think both his t-maxes is just existing in his mind. And to be bragging about upgrading with Integy parts he he, that is a serious downgrading. I did buy the Integy piggyback shocks for my Savage once, and they were pure crap!!!!!!!

i am terribly sorry that you have gotten the notion that a t-maxx could whoop a savage,being an avid t-maxx builder,its one of my faves,and recently purchasing a savage,i must say the savage has way more potential than the t-maxx, a savage can be made faster with less time/money spent

count me in! as for the t-maxx faster than the savage , its all 90% based on the drivers ability to control truck the other 10% is the truck and drag dont say much on how fast you went there are soo many factors that can affect the outcome such as who gets on the gas first who had to straighten out more , like i used to sometimes beat my freinds rs4 in drag races with my savage because the bumps in the road made it difficult to go straight.

but hes not talking a stock t-maxx vs a stock savage,hes talking upgraded,and i am sorry just the fact that you can dump a 3 speed in a savy is gonna make it a tad bit faster,couple that with a good 28-30 engine the maxx wont hang with IT..lets just face facts,the t-maxx is an outdated truck that has reached its limits,dont get me wrong ,they are good trucks,i have 3 of them for different purposes,the savage iS a better truck,IMO,

I have a buddy who races a completly aluminum tmaxx with O.S. 30 in it. He is fast I will give him that he can outrun me on straights, but his truck is uncontrollable he crashed about 3 times as much as I do. And even with all his aluminum he breaks stuff constantly. Ive seen him break dogbones, broke his trany twice broke a wheel hub. I mean this was just basic racing. With the ammount of money he put into it to make it a decent performing truck he could have bought 5 t-maxx. Now he sold it and got a buggy so yea lol.
