A little more information is usually helpful.
Like is the unit not spinning or is it spinning, but its not turning over the engine?
If the roto isnt spinning check the battery, or check the gears inside the roto unit for damage.
If it spins, but doesnt have enough power to turn the engine over again check battery, preheat engine to loosen pinch so it can turn over easier or replace battery pack.
If it spins, but the engine wont crank your one way bearing needs to be degreased(use nitro cleaner or brake cleaner)and reinstall if that doesnt work youll need to replace the one way bearing.
This should cover your problems, The one way bearing is inside the backplate on the engine.
