STS D28M or STS D30M "IF" you know how to tune an engine and break in an engine fairly well.

I would go for a axial 32 or a picco 28. I have 3 axial's and my next engine will be a picco 28. I also have an STS 30 which is a powerhouse but make sure you know what you are going if you get this one long break in process, and difficult to tune.

A great upgreade for the .21BB is the K4.6, Axial .28Spec1S, o .32Spec1S, or the equivalent collaris.

You can buy the STS engines (D28M 3port or 5port, D30M), these are great engines. They are agreat deal for the power that you get and for the price you pay.
Some caveats you should keep in mind about STS engines:
1) They do take longer to be fully broken in. Youdo not need to heat cycle it all the way to one gallon, just do 6-8 heat cycles. After that initial break-in, un it moderately until it is fully broken in. My D30M required half a gallon before it was fully broken in. Others have reported 1 full gallon or more. My D28M 3port reqired about a quart before being fully broken in.
2) But bear in mind that STS is Chinese made with Chinese poor industrial standards, particularly on the carbs. Some STS carbs are so crappy that no amount of tuning will will ever make your engine run right, so be prepared to call STS for a properly machined carb if you get a lemon carb. Alternatively, you could get a different carb and slap that on your STS engine.
Overall, the STS engines I have have given me many gallons bashing fun and they totally spank the other engiens I mentiond above. The thing is getting them to run with a proper carb on them.

Unless your drivetrain is upgraded to X SS Spec then I do NOT recommend STS or you will tear it to shreds. Get an Axial .28, and if your diffs ARE upgraded then LRP .28/Picco .28/STS D.30M are THE engines to get[8D]
