I thinks it worse when they tell you "These are all three great trucks."(Revo, LST2, Savage) I'm like seriously, which one would you pick to jump off your house!

those that know, correct me if i'm wrong but the revo has a center dif option right? with a center dif, doesn't that qualify it as a truggy?
Yes, there is a center diff option for the Revo. Even so, it is STILL a technically classified as a monster truck. Put a truggy next to a Revo and you can see major differences.......it's obvious as to what is what. The big CEN "Genesis series" of monster trucks also have center diffs if I remember right. I've never heard anyone call the CEN monsters truggies![8D]

But if you where to put 2 monster trucks side by side lets say a savage and a t-maxx you also would see major differences, just because they label it as something does not mean it is...

I agree-the Revo is your "non traditional" monster truck from a design standpoint, but then again the LST2 and the Associated Monster GT are all much different from each other as well, especially compared to a Savage. Does this mean we now need multiple monster truck classes based upon chassis/suspension layouts? No. They are all monster trucks. Either way, what it is is what it is and that's that. If the rule writers and the manufacturers don't have a problem with it, then neither do I. [8D]

haha....you Savage guys are funny....first one of you thinks the Hellfire is like a revo....and another agrees with him. Or better yet...actually arguing that the Revo is a truggy. a revo is definatly not a truggy. yea it has a center diff kit but that doesnt even classify it as a truggy. even with a BB a revo could absolutly not take a truggy on the track. in a drag race the revo would win. the only thing else that would help it be construed as a truggy would be it has 4 shocks. but look where the revo shocks are. besides most truggys are 1/8th scale.

Exactly. Truggies are just "modified" buggies....hence the term truggy. There's no truggy that I know of that even remotely looks like a monster truck and vice versa.[8D]

Sorry, this is a little off topic, but------A truggy is totally different from a buggy, the suspention geometry is different the width is different the length is different, so does that make a truggy a modified buggy, I don't think so.

The first truggies that came out were "Modified" buggies, but that is not the case now.

That's my website, SportsFans. Actually, I still don't know whether those pictures are fake or not (a lot of people say there are), but I am starting to think they are. Read the text below the pictures. I only found those on the internet...
