Shift point creeping....?
I get the impression the shift point in my Savage is slowly creeping over time. It seems I have to adjust it higher every once in a while to keep it in the sweet spot.
Do these things need constant periodic adjustment? Or is it just the clutch or whatever in the gearbox that needs to run in?
Does anybody know where I can find an animation or something, explaining how exactly these gearboxes work?
