Servo brand help please
What brand servo do you guys prefer if choosing high-end. Please don't suggest the Hitec 645 as I already have that and will be replacing it soon.
My current choices pretty much boil down to the Airtronics 94361Z with 200oz-in and .10 speed or the JR DS8717 which has a rating of 196oz-in. and .07 speed.
I've used Airtronics in the past with no regrets. The JR servos are good pieces?

I would also consider the Ace/AE DS1015...that's the one I have and I really like it.
201oz-in., .108 speed, I got it for $95 locally. I have never heard a bad thing about these, only (very) good...

Thanks guys...great options! I *like* options.
They're all about the same torque and speed from the likes of it...just gotta pick one.

Is this for steering or throttle?

Just because for a steering application, you really want torque more-so then speed. The opposite goes for the throttle. I'm running a JR9000T for my streering. 320 oz of torque, .15 transit time. Probably around $95 since its a little old.

RE: Servo brand help please
Hi !
Recently i changed my steering servo too. I was looking something with good specs and low price. I ve found this. Until now, its been 2 months i use it, is trouble free. Its of good quality, great specs and even greater price.
They mostly use it in helicopters i think.

You can try others, but once you compare it to the 1015 you'll understand why its the best.
