Since I've only been in the hobby for 6 months and you guys pointed me to the Savage, I thought I would ask what you thought about the Matrix TR arena. I would like to get a good race truggy so I can run on the track with the local guys. We all bash at the gravel pit but it would be nice to have something that could stand up to the big dogs.. I like the look and have watched some vid on it and seems to be a good RC.. What you think?

I have a Matrix buggy, and it's tough as nails. I have the HPI K4.6 engine in it, and it rips. If you decide to get one, just make sure you can get parts locally. Nothing sucks more than having to order everything you need. The Matrix was my first Nitro, and I didn't take that into consideration when I bought it.
