Default hump pack

i jsut got my hump pack and the connector dont hook up to the connector coming out the receiver do i hook in directly where it says battery? thanks

and do i pull that tab out on the receiver where it says xtal?

you will have to get an adapter to plug your humppack into the wire comming off of your on/off switch. or just do like i did and cut the connector off of the aa pack that came with the truck. But remember you also need to makes sure you have a way to charge it. and i wouldnt take the crystal out of your reciever. that would mean you have no control of your truck....

The lead off the hump pack needes to plug into the female end of the switch. Then the male end of the will plug into the reciever, just make sure that all wires match black to black and red to red or you might have a meltdown.

Get the Futaba to BEC pigtail or get a XL switch.....either wil fix the problem.

The guys selling these XL hump packs on Ebay need to start putting "will not work without a pigtail or XL switch in a non-XL Savage."

Dont touch the little plastic slip on the crystal, its to easily identify the frequency.
