Low 200 is decent, mid 200 is usually where you want to stay for the most part, although you will hit high 200s and possibly low 300s in the summer time depending on the weather. As long as you have a nice trail of smoke coming from the exhaust and it doesn't sound lean, then you should be good. Just use some common sense and on hot days let it idle for a bit to cool down; think of it as a turbo timer
