RE: byrons 30%
I've never used trinity, but I did switch from losi nitrotane to byrons in one of my rc's and I noticed a huge difference in performance as well as a drop in engine temps......

That BT P8 sounds good. Just hope it doesn't leave that blue stain. I know Byron Race and ProDriver fuels are 50/50 caster/synthetic. But I have used Traxxas, Trinity Platinum 20%, Nitrotane Race 20%, ODonnell Race 20%, and Byron ProDriver 30%, and BY FAR Byron is the best. Very cool temps, great power, and easy to tune.

Byron's Gen 2 Race Fuel in 30 percent is awesome stuff. I have burned many gallons of it and love it. Your will probably find your truck is way too rich on Byron's. When I switch from Trinity to Byron's, I noticed that the Byron's must flow a lot easier. Glen

RE: byrons 30%
Your current plug choice should be fine. You will have to tune a little bit to get it right on but everything else in your setup will work great.
