Default Planning Savage x into electric mod :)

So if this deal i am working on goes through i will have another savage x completed and one in all parts. so that is 2 more savages. Iam planning on turning the third one into an electric. From what i know Ijust need a few parts BUTwhat i am really stuck on is choosing the motor/ESC. Here is what i am looking at so far:
UPDATEDLINKS
Battery box mounts
Battery box
Motor plate
Motor mount
Pinion gear
TVPchassis

Idon't know what i want for a motor i want it to have enough power to have fun with the truck but i don't want to spend $300 on an MMM.

Here are my options i am LOOKINGat but if you have ANYother suggestions for around $100-$150 i will love you forever. Iam planning on running 2x Lipo

You'll have to be careful with the motor mount. It only fits certain size motors (not even the MMM). You can also look into Xerun BL combos. They recently came out and have good reviews. Are you going to buy Flux TVPs? I don't think X plates will fit the motor plate, unless you cut it to make it fit.

Look up speedie-racers on Ebay. He auctions them off and sometimes they go for cheap. I've ordered several times from him before and I have no complaints.

Unless you can find a deal on a ESC/motor combo, you will most likely be money ahead by just getting a Flux instead of doing a conversion. I've seen Fluxes sell for $500 on ebay.....gotta keep an eye out for those specials.

I will be about $250 into this. I will soon have 3 savages (2 complete and 1 in parts) and i want to convert one of them so it won't be to bad.

Look in your local Yellow Pages for somebody local to you that does this kind of thing...look under anodizing, etc.
