I dont think you can get rid of it. I got rid of the rear play by installing the HPI suspension conversion. It elimintates the rear toe bars. I still have play in the front steering after installing the kit and replacing the plastic bushings in the steering linkage with ball bearings. If you made it to tight I think it would make the handleing worse since it wouldnt want to come back to center. It is almost like they designed it with play on purpose. You cant feel any of the pay while running unless your doing high speed runs on pavement. If that is most of your driving then you should have gotten an on road car.
