Took the Truck out today, started it up but when i push the gas it keeps shutting off, What could be the problem?

sounds like your a little rich to me i had the same problem leaned it a little bit and was fine i would say the LSN (if im wrong im sure someone will jump in and help)

^ Was it warmed up all the way?? What temp was it outside?  Mine did the same, it was also a bit rich on the LSN, IIRC.

It was cold outside maybe i should let it idle a little more then run it.

poss could be the cold, have you tried a new glow plug?
