Well i am setup with the hobbyking 150a esc,and a mamba 2200kv motor.After cartwheeling it,(and it was a good landing,landing on all fours) i lost all power with the transmitter,so the steering and throttle does not work on the radio.So i tried resseting the esc,though when i press the button nothing happens.The esc was secured tightly,with a ziptie and padding underneath,and i took the reciever apart and it looked fine.It have also cartwheeled it countless times,this one was nmot event hat bad,and ithis happened.
So i am wondering would it be my reciever or esc with the problem?Would i have to buy a new esc?

are you running a old stock radio? maybe you broke a rx crystal. if you have a spare set you could try to swap them out and see if that works. or go to your lhs and get a set their cheap, easy to swap.

Ok i will chek the crystal,would i be able to see the damage ?

no you cant see if its broke or not. just try a new set and youll know if it that or not...if you have another rc you can swap those chrystals in and check it that way...

So you actually have power, just nothing happens with the transmitter?
Or is it like the batteries are dead? Even tho they still have juice.

Na the batteries are fine the cars steering and throttle just does not enagae with the transmitter(so i have power,though nothing happens).The reason why i has suspected it was the esc,is when I press the reset button on the esc,nothing happens.Though this could be since the esc may not be able to reset without transmitter signal.
