engine ?? better ??

Alright alright another question. My engine on my savage isnt about to go yet but I wanna be ready and know what i gonna buy now. Im gonna go offroading and be doing backflips and all that good stuff, more power the better right?
What I want to know is that which engine should i get?

Wasp .28 2.85hp $190
Truckzilla .46 4.80hp $230
Picco .26 2.75hp $165

I might get into racing but I am afraid the .46 will lead to tansmission problems and differnetal problems but I do have the 4 bevel gear conversion kit. What I mean by racing I mean track racing but i dunno yet.

thanks alot alot to whoever responds,
nick

ok i would not get the truckzilla, ive only heard bad things. but u should look at the SH .28 it is BEASTLY. Frost has a vid of a SH, if u want power, the SH has it! im gonna get the SH sometime in the future. and look on ebay, they have the SH and the wasp for around 160 insted of 190.

naplam fire, i do have links but all they say is whats in the kit and i forgot where somwhere said 4.8hp but it does have it. this is the most info u can get i think. http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/510860.asp

cardriverx, well i didnt want to hear that already but its expensive so i kinda did because now I know that i probably wont buy the truckzilla ENLESS aot of people differ.

O ya and cardriverx if your savage is stock you definitly need these or problems in future or poor performance and let me know if you want links,

4gear diff mod
(hardy boyz) roll cage any will work
bow tie tires or something not bigger than stock enless bighger engine or fry diffs
ribbed pipe
dual disc brakes
motor saver air filter
and my next hop ups .........
carbon fiber tvps
wasp.28, sh.28

I have all these hop ups and i do alot of research before I buy. I just wanted to tell you :)

rustler, get a hump pack for the reciever. its amazing the response difference. with total stock servos, my wheels will turn on pavement, standing still with the hump. Also, my truck will frontflip, with stock brakes, again thanks to the added current from the hump pack, just a thought. I also agree with what has been written above, i have heard nothing but problems with the .46, but when i do replace my engine, i will also go with an sh. ive heard good things. Not to mention, your stock engine may surprise you. Mine has about 6 gallons through it and is like brand new. My traxxas has 12 gallons through it and is also in great shape. Maybe you should wait before you spend 150-250 bucks on a spare engine?
