Cyclops, as a general guide, you will have to select a model which has been designed to drop bombs or shoot missiles. Some models may have "static" bombs or missiles and these cannot be activated. You will have to read the description of the model to determine this, and how to assign the controls.
Let's take the B29 model in AFPD for example. It carries a bomb that can be dropped or shot as a missile. In controls, you can assign the "tow hook" to drop the bomb and the "wing sweep" to shoot the missile. You can assign these functions to numerical keypad 1, 3, 7 or 9 (Numlock must be on), or you can assign to any switch on your radio. When you have done the control assignment, remember to perform calibration on the radio switches.
