Is there a way to slow time down in AeroFly 5? I hear that some sims allow you to do that and that it helps in learning new maneuvers.

David, exactly! Start with a slower simulation speed that is comfortable to you, especially when learning a new and difficult maneuver, then gradually crank it up.
