What planes and helis would you like in Aerofly5?
OK folks, there has been some request for some models to be included in Aerofly5. I've started this thread to get everyone's inputs so that I can forward them to Ikarus and IPACS. So, let me know which planes and helis, and their scale or engine size, would you like to see included in Aerofly5. Thanks for your inputs!

Mike,
I'd really like to see a C-130, if you don't mind passing this along to IPACS.
Here's mine:

I (and many others here) would like to see the Composite ARF planes with the 3M Extra 260 being at the top of the list.

My final list goes..
1st Dalton Aviation Extra 300 winner of many IMAC Championship.
2nd 3W Yak 54 winner of many Championships designed by Somenzini.
3rd CPLR Axiome F3A made by Oxai.
4th VISA F3A by Chip Hyde made by CA Model.
Want all the planes in the Aerofly 5
This list is strict for IMAC & F3A pilots no 3D stuff.

Some WWI planes would be nice. The Eflite and Great Planes models are quite popular and they have been adding quite a few new models recently which might indicate a renewed interest in that era.

I use the sim mostly to practice F6B routines. I hope there will be small foamies (4-6 oz) and more indoor venues. Right now I see no small planes and only one indoor location. Once I see more, I'll buy AeroFly.
AeroFly Professional Deluxe has two indoor scenes and 4 or 5 small planes, one of which is good for F6B.

I am suprised that no sims include a GWS Tiger Moth. It has to be one of the most popular foamies in the world.

We need more pattern planes, I saw the patch has the Amethyst from Oxai/Matt, but at least a good monoplane will be good, Oxai Axiome, or any other current 2 meter model.
Thanks

What about some real-world R/C planes instead of just "Extra 260" or "Yak 54".
I think it'd be great to get the Slick 540 (all sizes) and Extra from 3DHS, the EF Extras/Edges/Yaks, Aeroworks planes.
The reason I say this is that Realflight is providing a TON of the Hobbico planes that accurately portray the way they fly...like a "fly then buy" but on a sim. I would AF5 if I thought it would save me from ONE bad ARF purchase. A couple of the planes I've bought in the past have burnt me...had I had the opportunity to fly them on a good, realistic sim, it would've paid for the sim thrice over already.

RE: What planes and helis would you like in Aerofly5?
I just installed Aerofly5 and love it. I would love to see: more Sebart electrics, 3DHobbyshop planes, Extreme flight and Precision Aerobatics planes. Popular homebuilt foamies like the Infinion or any slow aerobatic fliers.
(The "shockfliers" from Ipacs are quite outdated but I can understand why they are there!) And last but not least some foam gliders, slope or SAL, like the Alua,Alula EVO, zagi, weasel,Guppy, ect.
