Default Several Questions??

I'm thinking about getting AeroFly Pro - but need to know if it will work with the ATI Radion 9550 card. Also, I have a Futaba 8U transmitter, so do I need to mention that when I order so I get the correct USB cable? The computer I plan to install it on is not hooked to the internet, so will I have any problems there - like do I have to register it over the internet before it will run?

Thanks for the help

Default RE: Several Questions??

I installed my AFPD on a PC without Web Access and the program runs. A matter of fact do I need to register the program? Where do I do that? On the Requirement web site it shows ATI Radeon 9xxxx series cards are supported So I believe you are good to go. Are you getting the Deluxe Version or the Pro Version?

Supported Sound Cards.

Nvidia GeForce3 and GeForce 4
Nvidia GeForce FX series (5700, 5900)
Nvidia GeForce 6xxx series
Nvidia GeForce 4Go / FX Go / Go 6800
ATI Radeon 9xxx series
ATI Radeon X-series (X700, X-800)
ATI Radeon Mobility 9xxx series

I not familur with the Trainer Port on the Fataba 8U. Is it a square or a round plug.

Im just trying to help as Im not expert with AFPD. I only have mine a week now.

I'll be getting the Pro Version. I'll have to check the plug on the back of the Futaba 8U - I'm guessing it is round, but it's been a long time since I looked at it. Maybe someone else knows and can help out here.

I just read in some other posts that there seems to be a special chord needed when using the 8U.

Just wanted to make sure that the graphics card was not only compatable, but would do well without any frame delays etc.

9550 should be no problem for the Pro version.

Scroll down to page 12 and it looks like a round plug. STLPILOT does he need any additional adapter.

OK - I guess I got a little confused with the different versions - the Pro Deluxe version is the better version - right?? - at least it's the more expensive - $179 with USB interface cable - hopefully that will connect to an 8U transmitter.

NOW - if I've got that right, will the video card work ok?
