Default JR9xmk2, with AFP problem

I cannot get the program to recognise the 9x2 tx is there. It's all plugged in, but I get nothing in the sim.

What have I done wrong? I have the "new adaptor cable"

Please help, as I need to get some practice in

Cheers
Dave

Do you have another radio to test and confirm?

I have been running my Futaba FF6 for the past year or so with the leads that the sim came with no probs. The new JR 9x2 had the different D.C.S port at the back so required the "new adaptor lead". Since I've fitted the new lead to the end of the cable to the pc, the sim does not respond to any commands from the tx.

Just so no confusion, talking about AFP, not AFPD (yet) lol

Is the DSC port on that model JR standard?

I dont know what I did, but I've got it all working perfectly. So that everybody knows, the JR pcm 9x2 transmitter works with the original AFP, using the new "adaptor lead".

Thanks for your help everyone, It seems like the ultimate problem was the user
