Default For STLpilot: Need help with creating planes AFPD...

I would like to get one-on-one instruction creating planes and photo-realistic sceneries for AFPD.

Anyone interested?

Thanks,

Hi,

Have you looked at these sites for tutorials and helpful information on AFPD?:

http://www.rodeo.rc-sim.de/workshops.htm

http://ipacs-sim.com/test/welcome.htm

If you have any specific questions I'll try to help you with them, I've done my own photo-realistic sceneries and I have just started doing aircraft for AFPD.

BW!

Greg.

Thanks for the links.

I have followed the instructions from rodeo's site but they are missing some information.

I need better instructions or to watch a build from beginning to end.

Any info would be helpful.

Thanks,

Ok well have you tried going through [link=http://rcp.web.infoseek.co.jp/Rc_hp2/fms/Metasequoia_e.htm]THIS[/link] tutorial for FMS using Metasequoia to try to familiarize yourself with the program, this is the first big hurdle you have to cross once you've got the hang of that it gets easier........

Hi Aero104,

at the top of this site you will find a sticky thread [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_4073115/tm.htm]Workshop: How to your own models for AFP/D[/link].
I wrote a workshop that shows from A-Z what has to be done to create a model for the AFP/D.

Let me know what you think of it and whether you are missing anything else.

Regards
Arthur (from Germany)

Arthur, your tutorial looks awsome! I'm going to go through it in a few days, when I have spring break! hehe, at my high school we get one week off for spring break. I'll let you know how your tutorial goes when I'm going through it. Thanks for using your own time to create your tutorial. I'm sure many people, including me, are going to be able to create 3d models and fly them in AFP(D) from your work, I use autocad proficiently too so that gives me a little background on these programs. Hopefully, I'll be able to create 3D models as well and get proficient at them.

Thanks again,

Mat
