EasyFly2 add-ons
I just purchased the new Easyfly2, do you know if there are any "down-loadable" models available out there?
Or any way to convert AFPD or easyfly models into easyfly2?
Thanks, regards from the land of ice and fire [8D]

RE: EasyFly2 add-ons
Hi einarak, as I understand it, there is a possibility of add-on models and sceneries for Easyfly2. However, since Easyfly2 is relatively new in the market, the timing of the add-on is uncertain for now. But do take a peep once in a while in the Easyfly2 website http://www.easyfly2.com/ for the latest updates and news.

Hi Sigman, to enable your smoke:
1) Make sure you have assigned a Tx switch in the control menu
2) Calibrate the Tx switch - neutral (switch is in smoke off position) and max travel (smoke switch is in smoke on position)
3) In the flying view, under the graphics menu, enable smoke
Also, if you're using dual rates, calibrate the aircraft control surfaces with your Tx set at high rates. Let me know how this works out.
On a side note, the physics of the Easyfly2 is the same as in AFPD, but you can't edit the models. It's a good choice for what you want to do.

Thanks Rajul, that did the trick. [sm=thumbup.gif] there is a sound and music edit option, i can here all the engines running but there is no music or no way to upload music to the program. is there suppose to be a way to fly to music so i can practice routines ?

RE: EasyFly2 add-ons
Sigman, you don't need the autorotation function for inverted flight. It is used to kill the engine for practising autos.
You will need a V-shaped throttle curve for inverted flight e.g. 100 75 50 75 100 on your Tx. Calibrate your throttle/collective stick with the neutral point at half-throttle position (50). In EF2, you can't set the pitch curve of the heli model

thanks rajul, this sim is the only place i've ever flown a heli,so i dont much about heli's and not alot more about planes, so thanks for editing your in depth explanation about how to hover a heli, it was all jibberish to me...lol! besides it sounds like i will need a better radio for that kind of flying. i have a JR XF631 , a basic 6 channel sport radio.
p.s. your avatar rocks! he looks entirely to happy !

Hi, is there anyway to set up easy fly so that you can switch between normal and idle up modes when flying helis. I find it annoying having the heli permanently in idle up.
