How do you install .mod files?

I was wondering what the installation proceure is for .mod files? I've tried using the Import Wizard but no luck.

Dave, the "import wizard" has not been maintained by the original creators is currently not working. Please refer to this http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5044008/tm.htm for sources of free AFPD models and sceneries, and for a simple installation instruction.
