Default how do I keep the airplanes/helis centered on my monitor

Whenever I fly a plane/heli it always goes way too far to the right/left/top....is there a way to keep it centered in the monitor at all times ?

Tukkus, I assume you're using AFP or AFPD. Under View 1, go into Viewing Options. You can set the model closer to the center of your screen by setting the vertical camera to 0% (full range is 0% to 100%), and by setting the horizontal camera to 0% (full range is -100 to +100%). Hope this helps
