Default Dongle problem, need help

Wires have pulled out of my dongle and my SIM no longer works. I get the message that says it recognizes the usb but no Signal from the Tx is passing. I have tried three different TX's and get the same message. Where/how do I get a replacement dongle. Thanks.

Backfired, your dongle is damaged. Please ship your usb interface cable to the service department below with a brief description of your problem and daytime phone number.
