Lost my AeroFly Pro Deluxe CD

Wanted to fire up my AeroFly Pro Deluxe simulator, but it is not installed on my computer anymore and I can't find the installation CD. I have the USB adapter/dongle. Is there any way to get a replacement CD? I sent an e-mail to Ikarus but have not received a reply yet.
