Default Sacramento Area IMAC Practice Anyone?

I am hoping to attend the Salinas IMAC event April 9-10 and desperately need some practice and critiquing if I am to feel comfortable competing.

Anyone interested in getting together and doing some serious practice flying? I live in Cameron Park and I'm willing to travel an hour or so to get together for some flying. Let me know if anyone would be interested!

Thanks,

Rob

Rob, what class are you flying and what airplane setup? Not sure if I will be going to Salinas or not as there is a warbird race the same weekend. I would be happy to offer any help I can.

Gonna practice the Unlimited sequence and try not to embarrass myself. I'll be flying an Aeroworks 37% Extra with ZDZ-160.

Got some interest from pilots up in the Williams, CA area as well as Lodi, CA area. Checking the weather and trying to figure out some dates at these locations. Open to other areas as well as dates! Salinas IMAC in early April is right around the corner....

It would be great to have someone to practice the unlimited with. We used to have a strong group in Morgan Hill but I am ther only one left. I have family in Folsom and Fly at the SAMs field some. We should see about getting some guys together for some practice days. What do you think of the sequence?

Hey Dave it was fun hanging out with your folks today. I had my warbird racer out breaking in a new engine. As for IMAC maybe we should get some guys togeter to have a practice day over at SAMs? I am lucky enough to have free room and board when I visit Sac so we could actually do this over a weekend. What do you think?

Dave, looks like I should have mentioned this to my better half eariler. Looks like she had already made plans for us on Sat. Gotta go talk to some wedding planners. Not sure if you can make it, I am going to be at Tomcats pretty much all day on Friday. I invite anyone who would like some good practice to show up. I can help any who needs it some help on trimming an airplane to coaching. April 3 is a warbird race at SAMs so I was thinking about having an IMAC practice day there on the 2nd.

ve, your dad did show and hung out with my dad and me. It was a bit cold and breezy so not much flying happened except I id 7 flights before heading home. Got through the unlimited sequence 6 times from memory and was mentally whiped out. I didn't mention it but maybe we could get your dad out to Sac on the 2nd too.
