my dad has the 35% percent Giles 202 from Wild Hare with a zdz 80 with a 26x10 prop that he was been flying in the IMAC contests. In my opinion after flying it for a while it is awesome. The rolling manuvers is where the airplane is at its best. The Giles has no bad habits to it at all. It is a good airplane to compete with and you really cant beat the price.

I second gamerboy. I fly the Giles also and think it's a great plane and well worth it to fly.
Gamerboy where in New Jersey does your dad fly and are you going to the sussex airshow rc day this thursday?

Kevin,
We were at the Centreville contest. You remeber me now. We fly on route 38 in the dump and we probably wont make it to Sussex unless I can talk him into talking a day off.

Default Sussex

Hey guys,

I'm still debating about getting to Sussex.
I haven't been there before and I'd like to make it but with the Harrisburg contest coming up this weekend it looks like too much driving to get to both events:-(
I'll probably get a few hours off work and come and fly my electric at sussex.

Kevin,

What's the best way to get to sussex from 287 South and did you get the Comp-Arf yet??

Stratos.-

the red giles is much easier for me to see and should be lighter with the changes they made. then I can get the smoke back in. hope to see you in sussex.

I did notice that the red shows up better in the sky then that purple did. Thats why I'm flying 2 red airplanes. If I make it to Sussex I'll have an ohio Extra with an os 120 cause zdz still has my motor but thats a long story.

Hey...it was nice meeting you guys out at sussex today

the show was good but the heat and humidity were brutal!

I put on my 3rd and 4th flight ever on the WH Giles. Still feeling her out. Little tuck to the belly on knife edge. Will mix it out later. Nice flying plane so far and lots of fun.

I have to tighten up the springs on my ohio tailwheel though...the giles was spinning on the tarmac like a top Uh...I meant to do that!

Default Sussex air show

Mark;
I think this thread is a little off the question at this point. LOL
I like the covering on your WILD HARE GILES (back on topic)
It was nice talking with you and Eric about the new site and I am looking forward to when it is up and running and I hope everyone will give it a chance since nothing is really changing that much.
Belly tuck seems quite normal with the Giles I have it also but am not mixing it out.
Also saw that new Wild Hare edge I told you about WOW it looks sweet.
