Default RADIOCRAFT 35% Staudasher

Getting ready for first flight, need to balance , any one no where the cg is???? the book states that i put it at the wing tube with the wings off???????dont sound right to me, Any help please,,, Eddie

Eddie, "the book states that i put it at the wing tube with the wings off," this is correct. An intitial balance point centered on the wing phenolic of the Radiocrafts gives you a good starting point that's flyable (not tail heavy). Balance fine-tuning occurs as part of the trimming process and is determined in part by your preferences and the type of flying you plan to do. Set it up as the manual states, it's right. Enjoy your Staudacher, it's a good flying plane.

thanks TY, I check it last night with wings off it is realy nose heavy, i will try to move things around. It had a BME 100 before i got it .. I think the da100 may be a little heaver.
