Default Does Giles, Extra, Cap, Edge, Yak in 90 size exist??

Need some help because I´m looking for a good 60 to 90 size aerobatic airplane like Cap, Giles, Extra, Edge, Yak and any other that will be a good IMAC Practice airplane. Currently I have a GP Giles .46 with a ST 90 but I feel this airplane is not very good for IMAC because it is not very precise and a little touchy in elevator altough it is great for all around fun

I don`t care if it is a Kit or ARF so I´d like to read your options.

Thanks in advance,

Midwest Little Cap. Bigger plane than you would expect and perfect for a two stroke 90. I flew mine with an OS 91FX. Can be touchy to elevator, however, so may not meet your criteria.

The Best Plane for IMAC and 3D in the 60-90 class has got to be the Fliton Extra 330, I flew one with a OS 91 FX and man was that thing a smooth flying plane and it is probably the best plane in that size your looking for.

Personally I would stay away from the Seagull and Vmar, I dont think they are up to it as far as quality and weight for anyone looking for some serious flying.

I think the World Models Velox might be an alternative: http://theworldmodels.com/para/produ...?airplaneid=64
I`ve heard some good about this one, have no personal experience though.

Hey thanks, there is a lot of information here now. Looks to me that the Extra is the best for IMAC Practice in that size but the Velox looks very good too so I will begin to explore a little bit more in those models.

The extra from Hobby Lobby looks really nice too so now is up to me to get more info in all this models,

Thanks a lot.

Second vote for a Goldberg Extra 300. I had one and won many intermediate pattern contests with it with a ST 90. It is a great plane that has a longer tail in that size range. Dave Patrick designs tend to be great for sequence aerobatics, pattern or IMAC
