hearing is one thing. . making sure it is so, is another. . i'd like more information, just to make sure. .

Gonna kind of put a crimp on the sales of "TOC" engines from 3W. .what will they call it now? AND. . imagine. . . no more "150 class" brought about by TOC rules of engine displacement vs. wing area. . . Back to "Run what ya brung"

OKAY Y Y Y Y , , ,let me put a 212 4-banger on my 35% G202. . . . .

There will be no more TOC events. This is the end of an era.

Mrs. Bennett has decided not to continue the event.

I just heard the news via the Scale Aerobatics Forum.

Considering that Mr. Bennett spent about $1 million to put on each TOC, I kind of doubt that we'll find this kind of patron again. Here's a thought. They could raise our AMA dues by $10/year and this would pay for the TOC. Shoot they could even have it in Muncie. Although some of the foreign competitors might wonder what country they were in when they got there.

I'm sure the promoters of the Masters Aerobatic Championship, in Greenville SC, will be stepping up to the plate to handle the "Biggest names and best flying" contest demand. Doub that the $$$$ will be as high, but I'm sure the quality of flying and competition will be outstanding this year, and can only get better in years to come.

It goes to show the generosity of Mr Bennett. For any man to sponsor an event of this magnitude for pure enjoyment speaks volumes.
