Hello everyone, I am starting this thread for anyone who has questions about the Westside IMAC Challenge in Oklahoma City and to see who is going. Currently there are 17 pilots signed up. The dates are the 28th and 29th of July. Here is the link to the flyer.

Is it true you will let anyone fly your Dalton at the contest? My plane is fine but I don't want to risk it for Freestyle. I think your Dlaton would look good on the deck.

I hope the field dries out by then! We had to cancel an event last weekend due to weather and field conditions. I went out there Sunday evening to fly and the field was almost completely covered in about 1/2 inch of water. We've had a few more inches of rain since then! [:@]

Maybe since it is still a month away, we can get some sunshine! [8D]

Hello everyone here is a link for a map. The field is just southeast from where the directions end. RVs and Trailers are welcome, however we have had a lot of rain. Sorry for the delay on the Hotels. I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn on Hwy 92 and I-40; all of the restaurants are at this exit. It is the exit past the one for the field. I have not talked to the manager yet; however I will talk to her tomorrow morning and have a lower rate. The number for the Hampton Inn is 405-350-6400. There is also the Best Western Inn & Suits. Their number is 405-265-2995 it is located at the exit before the one for the field going west on I-40. I will be talking to the manager there tomorrow also. I will have an answer by noon central time. Andy

Good News, The Westside RC fliers field (in Yukon) is good to go. Hope to see alot of you guys there Friday. Again Pilots Meeting will be at 0830 am so be ready to fly by then. First plane in the air at 0900.

For those who think the Oklahoma City IMAC event is not sanction you are incorrect. The sanction number is 07-1798. I will be flying at the field tomorrow and will post some pis of the field.
