Default Imac rates for 25% yak 54?

I'm competing for the first time this Summer in the "basic" Imac competition and I have a Yak 54 in which I'm using. However, I've been having a hard time figuring out how I want my rates/expo. If I have it too high, it's hard to be precise if I have it to low, I end up making my plane go to far in the direction of the stick for lack of response. I just need to know what rate/expo combinations I need for both high and low rates. Thanks a lot!

P.S. it would also help to have some rate/expo advice on 3D flying.

I don't compete but I fly alot and the only advice you're probably going to get is start tinkering and find out what works for you.

+1 to that.

I leave the program open on my radio while flying so I get make small adjustments until it feels "just right".
