imac/3d plane question

looking for a good plane to do both imac competitions and 3d flying with. have a zdz 80 single for power. i would like an edge 540T, or a two seat extra. i guess it would be around 90 inch wing or so and 20 or so lbs.
any ideas or experiences guys??
thanks

Extra 330L or 330S

Tony,

Try looking at Fiber Classic 2.6m Extra 330L. Planes Plus has them on sale.
PlanesPlus.com

or

3W 32% Extra 330S from Aircraft International. They are on sale too.

imac/3d plane question

Planes plus has recently stopped distributing the fiberclassics line. Composite arf is the new name for this company, and they are the same company that built fiberclassics. They have just changed the name, they are built in the same factory by the same people but by eliminating the middleman, the prices are about 1/2 as much!!!!! check out the site at www.composite-arf.com. I own a 2.6M FC extra, and it is awesome, although i would truely reccomend a DA 100 engine for optimal performance.

That engine works good in the H9 giant scale arfs.

If u want an edge i think the aero-works 31% would be good but the best would be a H9 Cap

thanks for the help guys.
went with the lanier 30% edge and a 3w 75 side carb.
its not a bad plane, typical arf with some bad glue joints. the engine looks amazing, i can't wait to run it.
i'm recovering the plane now (i didn't like the yellow) and hopefully it will be ready soon.
