hi i would like to learned imac routine the problem is that i don't know how to read the routine chart (white triangle black triangle etc)
is there a web site where i can find the info

there are many Quebecois IMAC types who are more than willing to help.

Also we have a very good forum on rccanada where you can join in local discussions for Ontario and Quebac IMAC

That is an excellent site. Isabell and Ray are top notch people and that is who runs that site. I met them at the Woodstock CT event this year. Isabell can fly the snot out of anything she gets her hands on and Ray's pretty good as well and they can be a big help to you
