Default Mini Lst Stripping Center Diff (HELP!!!)

Hey Guys I have bought this super mini Lst and installed viccious diffs in the front and rear and LOSB1125 Ball Diff w/Outdrive BB: Mini-T,MLST/2 SKU: LOSB1125 in the center. I am running a Tekin 6.8 mini rage motor/esc combo and it's only at 1/2 power. With no reverse The batt. im using is a 1500mah 3 cell lipo 15C. I just got the new diffs in from la parts. I took them appart and greased them as recommended and put them back together and installesd them. Last night after I got everything back together I tested it out and it was doing great for about 2 min. and them the center wasn't turning. I took it appart (yet again) and the center gears were fine but the balls looked like they melted into the slipper (I dont know what gives) Is there a center that will live up to expectations? Also Sometimes when the old center gave a little I would tighten the screw up a little and then it would work great for a min. and then it would stripp out the viccious front and or rear. Pleas help!!!!!

LOSB1125 Ball Diff w/Outdrive BB which ever that one is. I took my lst to my local hobby shop (not very helpful) he did say that it has not stripped it. He said it appeared to be installed backward wich makes great sense because when I tighten the set screw it is normal again. He also told me that I should forcefully tighten the center and it would make it all time 4X4 that really dosent make any sense to me but, im willing to try anything. I already have almost $900.00 in this lst and just spent another 300 on shocks and misc alum. the guy at the hobby shop also told me that the mini rage was way too much power for this truck.
