they grow up so fast......
My Wabbit #2 ready to go home for visitation..... This makes about 70hrs of Rabbit run times for me with zero engine problems [X(] And overall over 100hrs on JC motors: falcons, rabbits and bees. Happy to have made the switch 4 years ago!

You see, I think its nothing but a conspiracy.
Jet Central makes the Rabbit perform well , then makes it miserly on fuel, then makes it reliable.
So what happens is that you enjoying flying more cause its so hassel free.
I.E. less hassle = more flying.
More flying = quicker approach toward service interval.
More times its goes through to service interval = more money to Jet Central.
More money to Jet Central = Bigger pay out to Eric.
Bigger pay out to Eric = more money for gas to travel to fly ins.
More fly ins Eric attends = more Jet Central turbines sold.
More Jet Central turbines sold = more people enjoying the hobby with less hassle.
More people enjoying the hobby with less hassle = more flying.
And the cycle begins anew.

Marty: never had a kero start - when this one comes back it will be kero start for the bobcat. F-16 will run propane start until service interval. Not all that unhappy with the propane start honestly - esp since switching from powermax to offboard with green bottle.
Zonker: definately conspiracy..... Eric is the dealer, and I'm hooked.....

When I got my first turbine it was a Jetcat P-60 and it was kerostart. It was when they just started selling the kerostart around 2007 and it lasted about ten starts when the igniter failed. They of course replaced it but I switched it to gas start which worked out much better.I was just curious if yours was kerostart because with that many hours on the engines, it would be a testament to the longevity of the internal igniter. My Rabbit is kerostart but it only has a handful of starts and I was really concerned since you can't switch it out on your own but Eric talked me into it. See you at KJ. Staying at the Springfield? Maybe they changed the food in the vending machine this year.

Yeah! I forgot what it was, but I emptied that machine of a few products - looking forward to the kero start in the rabbit

Did we ever meet face-to-face last year? Can't remember?

We never formally met but I will correct that this year. Last year if I wasn't flying, I was taking pictures at the flightline. This year I'm going to make a point of getting more pics of the planes in the pits and meeting more people.
